To provide training, rehabilitation and aftercare services to the needy visually handicapped persons in Sabah especially those from the interior or remote parts of Sabah with the main objectives:

  1. to provide them with daily basic living and personal care skills in order to adjust them to their handicap and to develop self-confidence;

  2. to provide them with practical and vocational training in appropriate skills, crafts and trades by which they can earn their living and hence be independent and self-supporting financially;

  3. to develop their mental, physical and social skills through education, communication, social and recreational activities, thus they becoming more fitting members of our community.
